What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide, together with technical logs reasonably required to operate the site and prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to perform the engagement. We do not use it to offer financial services or funding.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an engagement, a legal claim or statutory record-keeping.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host this website (currently Hostinger) and, where you ask us to introduce a certified partner, with that partner for the purpose of the introduction. We do not use advertising cookies or sell lists.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and data portability, as the UK GDPR allows. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
